Leadership Coaching

Α series of leadership training, coaching and mentoring sessions addressed to newly promoted managers or high-potential employees who have the desire to transform.

TRANSFORM 1-on-1 Coaching for Leaders may entail the following:

• Leadership fundamentals: Understand the expectations from the organization, the role, and the people, while incorporating competencies such as analytical thinking, strategic thinking, and managing emotions.
• Developing self-awareness: Identify leadership qualities, traits, and build resilience to effectively navigate challenges.
• Developing skills: Enhance effective communication, listening skills, time and stress management, delegation, and decision-making abilities, while motivating the team and inspiring others.
• Understanding group dynamics: Gain insights into group performance, foster team cohesion, delegate tasks and responsibilities, and manage performance while considering the competencies of motivating the team and inspiring others.
• Managing team responsibilities: Set goals and objectives, establish performance standards, manage change, and develop employees, incorporating competencies such as strategic thinking and managing performance.

The topics above are provided as an example. The actual content may vary to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual client. During the initial stage, we will agree on the key aspects of coaching, including the areas that the sessions will focus on and the intended results.

We begin with the premise that the individual is already working well, has strengths and achievements, but may have stacked somewhere and they need support to achieve their goal/s.

We will work together to determine how you get stuck with the intent to develop an action plan towards the desired direction.
